Single point of contact responsible for identifying training needs and developing training materials for supply personnel assigned to the 735th Supply Chain Operations Group (SCOG). Manage all aspects of the group’s education and training program for both military and civilians, to include forecasting unit training requirements and assessing cost in the 735 SCOG. Advisor to 735 SCOG commander on education and training programs for 500+ logistics supply, transportation, financial and computer support personnel.
Led two Non-commissioned Officers (NCO) to 1000+ comprehensive reviews; performed 125 Core Development Course (CDC) briefings and scheduled 67 CDC course exams. 99% pass rate.
Developed 20 Group Training standard operation procedures. Streamlined training process mission ops improved.
