1DOT - Enterprise Wide Business Travel and Itinerary Booking Solution - Integrated many discrete
offline and online practices and achieved a highly customer centric web experience to cater business
travels, claims and itinerary booking requirements for internal users.
Engineering Change Request Implementation - ECR implementation after understanding the
criticality and impact of minor/major change requests in routine operational processes, specific to
