Human Resource Manager
Manage and lead both Carbon manufacturing facility and global Distribution Center for Aircraft wheels and brakes with a total of 176 employees.
Developed and executed the development of a strategic manning plan for the start-up of the Distribution Center in 2011. Hired, oriented and trained 68 full-time employees in a 3 month period to accomplish 2011 start up.
Develop and implement special programs such as training and development, employee assistance, orientation, co-op, internships and any others necessary to meet company needs.
Coordinate required daily layered accountability reports and studies relative to all human resource functions for management review and decision making and planning.
Implemented and trained all management and employees on a new HRIS program called HRISON for both Danville, KY facilities.
Participated in developing and onboarding of MPS (Meggitt Production System) that is based on TPS (Toyota Production System).
