I have many years of experience working as an Office Manager during which time I have performed a number of different office duties. These include answering telephones and emails in a timely manner, relaying messages, answering questions, filing, billing many insurance companies, having to call the insurance companies, billing clients, Quickbooks, Electronic billing, Gateway and Lytec. Bookkeeping, keeping office records updated and organized. Coordinated, maintained, review all budge documents and reported them weekly to my supervisor. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word and spread sheets. Taking clients intakes and also discharging clients. Maintained extensive confidential records, it was very important for confidentiality. Scheduling clients with multiple counselors and doing many things at the same time.
