the data van. Maintaining all equipment on site which includes daily
maintenance and advanced trouble shooting to ensure all equipment is
operating at full capacity for fracturing operations. I ensured that all
equipment was serviced in the field due to the high cost of having it
returned tour shop.

Performed UIK (Under-Armor Improvement Kit) to MATV (MRAP) Vehicles
in support of OEF (Operation Enduring Freedom) in FOB Sharana Afghanistan
UIK complete upgrade to the vehicles frame, suspension, and armor which was
completed in an 8 bay assembly line. Which involved complete tear down of
current armor application, re-installment of upgraded armor package,
complete Suspension Upgrade, and frame stiffing application. Work involved
basic hand tools, pneumatic + hydraulic lifts, magnetic drills, frequent
100+lbs lifts, and compliance with government/OSHA safety standards.
Contract April 2012 began performing ISS (Independent Suspension
System) for Maxx-Pro Dash (MRAP) 3 bay 4 man teams. ISS improvement
required replacement of both axles, T-case, (CTIS) Central Tire Inflation
System, tires, steering gears, electrical upgrade to wiring harness, FSS
(Fire Suppression System), and reprogramming of new ECM. Work consisted of
magnetic drilling, Oxygen/Acetylene to cut specific rivets'/bolts/brackets
from frame assembly, operate wireless column 18K lift system, basic hand
tools, floor jacks, and software and programming software. Re-Assigned to
FOB Salerno AMC with 7 man team to assist in providing logistical support
to get ISS program up and running. Provide essential inventory to existing
UIK Tools and equipment to secure for the up-start of ISS. Establish work
facility, order basic/special tools and equipment, POL/Haz-Mat, safety
equipment, and Kit requisitioning required to start-up ISS program.

Work at new centralized maintenance facility for Schlumberger Well
Services to provide maintenance and upkeep on well services equipment to
include rebuilds on Gardner Denver and SPM fluid end and power end units on
Fracturing Pumps removed, rebuilt and reinstalled Centrifugal pumps on
transfer skids. Provided training to new hires to become familiar with the
overall working abilities of units while performing Department of
Transportation inspection of trailers and completed repairs and brake
adjustments to ensure equipment was DOT certified. Using personnel hand
tools, and shop tools to include hydraulic wrench 4K torque ability, 5/7
ton overhead cranes for major end item removal/replacement, angle/die
grinding, gages, slide hammers 20/12/8 pound sledge hammers to tighten
hammer union on iron to adjust iron positioning, consistent 120+lbs lifting
and carrying while maintaining stringent safety compliance standards and
PPE requirements. Provided troubleshooting to isolate and repair complex
and miner equipment faults.
Quality Inspector Foreman

Was first line Supervisor for up to 8 Quality Inspectors and provide
training and direction for military paperwork IAW TM's, TB's, or DA-PAM's
to 120 mechanics/technicians' in various shops to include Light/Heavy
Wheel Automotive, GSE (Ground Support Section, Power Generation, Small Arms
Repair, COMMEL, and Quality Personnel assigned to these sections as
inspectors. Routine audits were performed on paperwork, bench/shop stock,
repairs, customer service, and certifications. Reported daily to Quality
Assurance Manager, Site Manager, and Maintenance manager for
accountability of personnel, work order statuses, parts tracking and
manpower. Was responsible for training of QA's on completing ECOD's
(Estimated Cost of Damaged) on battle damaged equipment to determine repair
cost IAW TM's and show how to use appropriate TB's to factor in estimated
cost of repairs and process equipment with appropriate codes if under MEL%
or over MEL%(military expenditure limits). Assisted DCMA and safety
managers for their audits when they came into work area passed all
inspections in work/shop area for standards in paperwork and quality of
maintenance performed and made sure the employees were commended for the
performance whenever possible. Performed performance counseling to Quality
personnel every three months as required and as needed verbally to assist
them in opportunities for promotion and show areas needed for improvement
while maintaining a 24hour open door policy for any professional/personnel
concerns they may have.

Processed merchandise by counting sorting and palletized from
trailers at 400 cases per hour production rate utilizing stand-up
forklifts, clamp trucks, slip trucks, and floor jacks. Continuios100+
pound lift were frequent. Back-up yard truck driver to permanent last two
years there with a 10-12 trailer moments per hour accident free entire 5
years at company left for contracting work overseas.

Performed diagnostic checks with schematics/wiring diagrams using
volt/Ohm meter's to isolate faulty components on Generator Units up to 250
Kilowatt. Performed overhauls and major item replacement to include wiring
harness repairs, transformer testing/replacement, diode
testing/replacement, engine replacement, main generator
testing/replacement, load terminal testing/replacement, load testing, and
starter and alternator testing/adjustment/replacement. During 1996-1997
completed turn-in of 80 PU-753 Generator units to outfit 229th TACSAT in
Camp Carroll Korea with new TQG Generator sets. Performed training courses
to operators of TQG Generator's to inform with proper operation,maintenance and paralleling of units to TACSAT shelters.
