Presently serving with Meenakashi Metal Forms Pune as trainee engineer since 15th june 2013.

Functional Skills in Meenakshi Metal Forms :

Current role is to provide technical advice, direction to both external customers and internal engineering functions. Carry out product and process design of small components and Heavy Fabrication. Also to calculating process cost for Laser cutting, bending, Fabrication, Machining, Sand Blasting, Powder Coating/painting, plating, Packaging etc.

Duties:

Presently I am doing laser programming of Bysoft 7.0(Bystronic)& also doing laser operating.

Developing all bending drawing before laser cutting

Doing nesting on tops as per requirements.

Submitting costing to customer & analysis of actual cost (Reverse Engineering) of product (SS, MS, Al ).

Estimating how much material required for project by using nesting tool.

To design and develop fixture 3D Model in CATIA V5R20 for the assembly.

Quality checking at supplier end.

To generate documents such as BOM, SOP/PFD.

Co-ordination with customers for Fabrication standards, Quality Standards, Surface Standard etc.

Co-ordination with other departments for project execution.

Calculating developments required for bending &preparing and clearing drawings for production

Developed Projects: CDE Asia Pvt Ltd: Cyclone assembly, Sump Box, Hopper, Sany India Ltd: light fabrication, Kenersys India Pvt Ltd: Sheet metal parts
