Manage and distribute information in office, answer phones, take memos and maintain files. Send and receive correspondence, perform a variety of internet research functions and use word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software. Field telephone calls, file and data entry, assist with overflow work from administrative and executive assistants and fill in for the office receptionist as needed.

Store supervisor– Duties included:
Oversee day-to-day operations, order, schedule, train, supervise, maintain store image, finances and inventory. Interact positively with vendors and customers, monitor receiving goods and loss prevention.

Administrative Supervisor–Duties included:
