KEY DELIVERABLES

Talent Management:

Manage the recruitment life-cycle as well as source potential profiles through screening, interviewing and closing after negotiation with reference check on finalized candidate

Interact and coordinate with the management to analyze their requirements and guide the team members for closure of positions at the earliest along with ensuring the selection of correct candidates

Plan human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational area, organizing & conducting selection interviews and induction programs

Prepare the Job Description for all the positions in the organization

Maintain database for all the recruitment related activities

Orientation & Induction:

Design a structured induction program for all new joiners & responsible for their orientation & induction

Oversee the joining formalities of the candidates

Prepare an Induction manual with process details

Complete the formalities pertaining to opening of salary bank account, filling up forms of PF & Medical, etc.

Facilitate the respective training programs for the new hires

Conduct orientation relating to various support functions of the organization, i.e., Finance, HR, Admin

Brief about the Policies and Procedures of the organization

Learning & Development

Define and analyze the training needs of the organization, in collaboration with the Central HR team and Senior Management

Establish clear processes for the accurate and timely tracking of learning and development progress

Create and maintain training budgets to facilitate cost effective training solutions

Design the employee performance evaluation process and merit program

General Administration:

Review federal and state laws to confirm and enforce company compliance

Involved in selection and interview of candidates for all available positions

Create job descriptions to attract a targeted talent pool within the market wage range

Liaise with the recruitment team, finance, workforce team, payroll and the recruitment agencies

Maintain computerized HR system and update the Electronic Staff Records at all times securely

Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures

Employee Relation:

Serve as first point of contact for all employee problems and HR enquiries

Handle and resolve Employee Grievances related to Factories Employees, Labors, Disciplinary Issues, and Compensation Issues

Develop and maintain good relationship with the employee and ensure employee satisfaction is achieved

Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain the cordial management - employee relations

Design, plan and implement employee engagement survey, results communication, and formulation follow up action plans

Performance Appraisal:

Collate Performance Development Review documents for all staffs across the globe

Monitor performance during the probationary period and review performance

Initiate yearly performance appraisal followed by performance review & reward

LANGUAGE SKILL
