Since July’14 Drying System (I) Private Limited, Thane as Project Engineer

Role:

Handling activities related to generation of basic engineering for P&ID, PFDs etc.

To perform basic design calculations of spray drying plant and forward the same to marketing department.

Interacting with concerned department to prepare detailed technical requirements of materials for project

Preparing drawings in electronic format (AutoCAD) and studying all types of drawings (P&ID) and specification of the job

Responsible for:

oUnderstanding fabrication drawings

oUndertaking activities like heat & mass balance calculation, bill of material preparation, etc.

Visiting sites for commissioning and trouble shooting of plants.

Developed designs for application using 'Aspen Energy Analyser'. Conducted checks on quantity of energy saved and economics.
