Working for coal gasification project: India’s first Coal Gasification Project (Consult: LURGI South Africa) for conversion of coal to synthetic gas for using it as reducing agent in DRI of steel plant. Coal gasification process is also one step before the coal to liquefaction process.

Roles and responsibilities:

Project Planning:

Procurement of consumable material.

Store development.

Finalization of construction scope of work and contractor wise work scope.

Preparation of site planning, daily & monthly construction schedule.

Coordination with engineering group/contractor/client, Inspection of work

Safety and labour hutment management for the contractor worker

Site Planning & Erection Activities:

Responsible for project execution work of Rectisol unit.

Understanding ILP diagram, P&I diagram, GA Drawing, ISO Drawing, Hook up drawing, EAD drawing, Airline drawing, pipe line arrangement drawing.

Planning & execution of instrument construction activities of engineering projects, Leading and performing through a group of technicians & skilled workman

Finalizing the tray/duct selection and its routing, JB location plan with PDS model, impulse tubing route, supports drawings.

Checking the hook up, PID and Location plan.

Erection of JB frames, JB, cable duct laying & JB tray laying

Cable route finalization, cable schedule & cable drum cutting schedule preparation.

Cold Loop Test & Hot Loop Test of different instruments

Impulse Tubing of different instruments.

Calibration of Pressure gauge, Temperature gauge, transmitter (flow, pressure, level)

Safety valve calibration(TSV & PSV).

Installing different type of Level gauge, temperature gauge, pressure gauge,

Level transmitter, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, RTD, Thermocouple, Gas detector, Becon, Hotter

Cold Loop Test & Hot Loop Test of different instruments

Project Undertaken: “Access Control Systems with Visitor Counter”

This project presents controlling of our daily security signal system using a 4 channel infrared remote controller. The main aim of this project is-instead of using multiple remote, by using only one remote we can control our daily security pattern.
