Developed and Characterized the Active and Passive Microwave Components and Circuits like Amplifier, LNA, Filter, Phase-Shifter, Coupler, Power Divider/Combiner etc using hybrid technology (MIC, MMIC, FET, BJT) in S-Band Transmit/Receive Module for AEW&CS.
The components and sub-units were tested and debugged to meet the required specification and were tested for environmental qualification
