Summary

Over Thirty years of Oil & Gas experience focusing on Oil, Natural Gas and Synthetic Natural Gas production, processing, gas transmission/gathering operations and process safety. Federal code compliance interpretation and assurance for OSHA, EPA and DOT programs. Safety policy/procedure and accident reduction development. Several years ago I initiated the development of electronic MOC and CMMS programs. Membership with the Gas Processors Association- GPA (pipeline, regulatory, safety & O&M) and the American Exploration and Production Council-AXPC; recently working on committees with both groups to develop responses to the presidents executive order 13650 related to PSM & RMP programs that would impact our industry. In 2013 I was elected to the board of directors with Colorado 811. Recently I became Vice-Chair of the National GPA Safety Committee. Since much of my career has been in operations, I have a more realistic approach on the impacts of regulatory compliance and safety, and the importance of working as a team to accomplish our goals and objectives.
