Negotiated project management program to include materials management resulting in additional revenue of 15 million dollars (Integration Technologies).

Facility negotiations and managing the build to suit facilities (150,000 Sq.Ft. 3 locations) resulting in increased distribution space with a national reduction in operational overheads. (Antec, Cabletel).
