JOB RESPONSIBILITY

lDevelop risk assessment in the activity health& safety program

lEnsure all activities are carryout as per company & client HSE Procedures & Policies

lPreparation of HIRA/ASA and TRA

lConduct investigations of accidents /incidents. Implement rapid and effective corrective action program to eliminate work place risk and prevent recurrence of accidents

lReport administratively to the project safety engineer, project manager and Safety Manager and functionally to overall safety coordinator for the implementation of project safety management

lCarry out regular checks of permits to work.

lAttend the Daily Safety Manager’s Safety Meetings and discuss our activities and our plan as well

lDaily monitoring of the scaffold installed and updated weekly the scaffold tag to ensure that they follow company procedure particularly the installation / erection and dismantling system.

lDaily monitoring of workers at the job site area to ensure supervisor foreman conducted safety talks [tool-box meeting] before they start to work for at least 5-15 min

lPlan and post site safety publicity program and other posters, visual aid designs

lPrepare Job specific Risk Assessment and implementation.

lControl any kind of confined space operations by doing the gas testing before beginning of work.
