This letter is my personal recommendation for Mahmoud Ali. As qe lead, I have worked with Mahmoud for almost two years where he was a team member in the Cairo group of the team. I have always seen Mahmoud work with very high dedication and commitment.

Mahmoud is a pleasure to work with and a great colleague to have. Mahmoud is always helpful and keeps calm and level headed even in very stressful situations. Mahmoud had already been working for the company some years before I joined and I was grateful to be able to rely on his experience on multiple occasions. His broader general knowledge and good programming skills allow him to progress quickly in automating test cases.

One of the occasions specifically worthy of mention was when we had a new product being developed simultaneous with a new release of our existing product line; I was able to rely on Mahmoud to take charge of the testing of the new release allowing me to focus on the new product. The release was on time and on schedule with all the desired testing coverage.

During the last months, Mahmoud was very helpful with initiating and training the new team that started in India. He made two trips there for training purposes and I got very positive feedback for that from the India team.

Unfortunately, when our company was acquired by HGST, business decisions were made to stop work in Cairo, despite my efforts to keep this high value team. I am saddened to see Mahmoud leave as I'm certain he would make a great asset to any company. Sincerely,
