Job Responsibilities:

MANPOWER HANDELING:

Handling manpower to run the plant as per requirement and need of people.

Handling 9 printing machines (4 Gallus, 5 Aquaflex,) and 11 converting machines to achieve production according to that control on manpower

Maintain 5 s on shopfloor.

JOB PLANNING:

Plan the job as per machine specifications and as per delivery commitment(OTIF)

MACHINE RUN APPROVAL:

Take the decision of job about text, shade, dimensions, all parameters related to printing, check and give approval to operator to proceed the job.

Involve in shade matching during job to achieve desire result in minimum time with less wastage.

Maintain quality throughout the job

Handling 9 printing machines and 11 converting machine’s job run approval to get maximum output in a shift.

DOCUMENTATION :

Check and ensure that all document related to jobs are filled and maintained by all supervisors/operators.

Ensure that log books are filled on daily basis.

Set target for day and convey it to all operators/supervisors on daily basis and review results next day.

Review job process waste and analysis is done on daily basis.

Efficiency of all machines reviewed on daily basis.

KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge in self adhesive labels, shrink sleeve, Aviation jobs like Boarding pass, baggage tags, rush tag, colour labels, plain labels, delam-relam jobs(glue side printing).

Knowledge of shade matching.

Had worked on ERP system in my previous company (PPL). Have good working knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word.

Having knowledge of prepress. Currently working closely with prepress to simplify the jobs before making of plates so that the jobs run smoothly on press without any problem and with less waste.

Reduced shadematching time by using direct ink during online approval / send direct ink master card for customer approval . which affects on material waste and time .

By using the substitute 1raw material instead of two different material, job development done which major affect on coasting and development for future orders also …….
