Started as a courier, transported paperwork such as receivers and manifest between 5 buildings.

Traffic clerk- data entry, inputted all information in computer from container manifest for all containers coming into the facility to create receivers so they can be offloaded. Created bills of lading for all trailers that were being shipped.

Claims clerk- if containers that were being off

Loaded had any shortages or damages, I processed

shortage or damaged claims to the vendors.

Dispatcher- Dispatched 7 yard drivers (yard hustlers) to pull containers/trailers in and out of dock doors to get ready so that warehouse associates can start

offloading or loading.

Traffic coordinator- coordinated with my manager all work that needed to get done for the day and made

sure traffic clerks completed the work In a timely manner.

Manager- became traffic manager in the traffic

department, made sure traffic clerks completed all there work accurately, and the goals for the day were completed daily. Managed 6 yard drivers and 1over

the road driver, made sure there moves per hour were being met, and safely. Made sure there driver logs were being filled out completely everyday and

scanned the, to corporate every week. Made sure

traffic clerks and drivers hours were accurate in E- time and there hours And overtime were approved

daily.

Ran Walmart reports daily to ensure Walmart

numbers (such as sales, cases shipped and received) were being sent out to corporate accurately every

morning by 6:00 a.m. Ran reports to view containers that were at port as well as on water to make sure containers containing hot PO's were brought into the facility first so that it gets shipped out by certain events. Based on report and amount of warehouse

associates available on dock, I ordered containers to come into the facility so we had containers to offload. 100 containers a day.

Worked with operations managers in the warehouse

to make sure the traffic department supported there needs to meet there projections for there day on

receiving as well as shipping. Made sure they had

enough equipment in there dock doors to start

loading, and also made sure they had there receiver manifest printed and ready for each container to be offloaded.
