Description:

Results Companies is a Call Center IT Management and Reporting Company. Results generates 4000 reports daily around the globe for outbound and inbound clients such as US Robotics, GE Appliances. Generally reports in Microsoft Excel, Web reports using SSRS containing statistics and metrics.

Working as SR. SQL Database developer for GE appliances application which was deployed corporate-wide. The main objective of the project is to maintain and organize "GE Enterprise Centralized Database". It implements the incoming information from web applications, further more load the financial and sales data to the corporate database about. This database keeps track about the customer status and revenues made by products of GE Appliances which were sold to the customers and their warranty agreements . All centralized information is categorized into two different modules, Financial Information and Sales Information, which is also exported to the web reporting system to generate reports on Finance and Sales using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
