Smile Doctors, LLC Director of Operations, June 2014 to Present As the Director of Operations I play a critical role in managing the operational teams in the Smile Doctors practices to ensure that the most organized, professional service is being delivered. In this role I lead by example to motivate the general managers, office managers, finance team manager and the manager of our patient satisfaction center by exemplifying the Smile Doctors vision, mission, values and culture.
