Part of a team that developed new and modified existing PeopleSoft pages and PeopleCode. These were developed outside any Peoplesoft module. The number of pages that the team modified, or created numbered in the thousands. Team members were given segments of applications that were called stories. Each story was a process or workflow that was programmed via pages. Based on user security any action that were selected on the page, certain fields were either grayed out, validated for profile, or allowed to save the application. At the end of the allotted time, the developer demonstrated the story to the client. The application was accepted, or rejected with more changes required.

Project Lead - PeopleSoft HCM
As Project Lead, I was responsible for a 4 person team from design to user acceptance. The team consisted of both onshore/offshore resources to use a 3rd party website where applicant personal information, along with departmental and salary information was saved. Once the applicant accepted the position then information required to hire that person would be selected, validated and then inserted into tables then emails sent to appropriate managers. All correct and verified information would then be cross-referenced and saved within GM’s PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS Core HR module.

As Developer I tested and identified SQR’s that were not operating in an accepted amount of time. I modified SQR’s either in selecting the correct field from a new table, or indexing the table, or inserting hints in the SQR. Testing involved a couple hundred SQR’s in multiple instances then comparing tables in both production and update instances for verification with PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS Core HR module.

Some software was not server compliant (Gold level) and had to be documented as non compliant for disaster recovery teams to know not to restore during the disaster recovery period.
