Responsibilities:
My position at Toyota of Slidell started out with following up on internet inquiries on vehicles. This included live chat, emails, and a multitude of phone calls to ensure correct vehicle and pricing before the customer came in to purchase. My position has now crossed over into the service department. Now, I receive inbound calls from customers to schedule appointments, recommend maintenances, as well as distribute information on recalls. In addition, I am also responsible for confirming appointments and making calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Accomplishments:
Due to my success in the internet department, I have now moved to the service department where I am able to use the communication skills I learned to develop a strong customer retention base for the service department. Skills Used:

Time Warner cable - Cincinnati, OH - June 2007 to March 2014 Responsibilities:
Daily duties included receiving inbound customer service calls, advising customers on their best fit internet, cable, and home phone packages, and upselling the latest bundles. After several years, I also had the responsibility of selling home security packages.

Avon Products Inc - Cincinnati, OH - June 2001 to June 2007 Responsibilities:
Receiving inbound calls from Avon representatives to help place orders, correcting billing and pricing issues, and tracking shipments. I was also responsible for taking payments and replacing damaged products. In addition, a large portion of my job focused on ensuring customer satisfaction to aid in the retention of sales representatives.
