Resolved mortgage and servicing issues to bring affiliate into compliance with federal and state regulations and industry standards. Established physical office location. Created a collaborative relationship with community partners to house homeless women. Developed website and social media platforms to increase public awareness and engagement. Conducted first major fundraising event along with donor development and recognition process. Organized and lead volunteers in the rehabilitation of two homes.
