SENIOR CREDIT MANAGER 2013 TO PRESENT

Responsible for managing the credit and collections for Mestek HVAC products sold to approximately 8000 Wholesalers and Dealer Representatives both domestically and internationally. Mestek HVAC products encompass multiple divisions which include Sterling Baseboad, Suntemp, Beacon Morris, Spacepak, Westcast, Hydrotherm, Mestek Canada, RBI US & Canada, Embassy.

Coordinate cash applications, warranty claims, and credits with accounting and sales. Analyze financial statements of Wholesaler accounts identifying risks, working capital strengths/weaknesses, cash flows, debt service coverage, etc. Collaborate with sales on new and existing accounts developing enhanced terms to improve sales discussing collection and contractual problems. Communicate with legal counsel (internal and external) and upper management on repayment schedules, bankruptcy matters, debt restructuring and settles disputes. Manage a staff of 7 direct individuals of approximately 3,000 active accounts. Guide Senior Management in the set up and implementation of proper underwriting procedures securing internal leasing of fabric building structures and green houses ranging from $10K to $2M for direct and in direct accounts to promote sales. This internal portfolio grew to approximately $10M within 18 months. I established partnerships with financial & leasing institutions to improve cash flow due to the substantial growth of this portfolio. Review and adjust contracts (private & government) to insure compliance and limit liabilities. Assist senior management of steps needed to set up and establish Dealers throughout the United States.
