P&L: Managed all aspects of a large program including recruitment, hiring and training of staff, budgeting, P&L, scheduling work and activities, payroll, establishing policies and procedures, procurement of equipment and supplies, client relations, performance evaluations and motivation of employees.

Project / Operations Management & Global Experience: Worked on $750M Drillship Projects in Ulsan, South Korea and Singapore as Material Project Manager. Procuring materials and setting up logistical support.

Managed 65 OTR trucks and 5 short haul local delivery trucks. Fleet Operating Revenue less than 89% compared to 96% company average. Oversaw yard, fueling station, and maintenance shop including 4 mechanics.

Successfully increased equipment base from 10 to 65 tractors and a yard that could accommodate upwards of 40 trailers always instilling a safety first working mentality. Oversaw a diesel shop with 4 mechanics responsible for vehicle, trailer, and facilities maintenance.
