Third party vendor for Target DC. I had 10 employees under me, three shifts, that sorted pallets

and loaded into trailers or flatbeds for deliveries to appropiate locations. I was the hiring, firing, interviewer, HR, safety, i9's, background checks, and drug test handles payroll in Kronos software. Numerous reports were done on a daily basis in a timely matter. P&L reports looked at weekly.Weekly reports as well as EOM reports. Worked with local freight companies to ship our pallets.

W.L. GORE & ASSOCIATES - Phoenix, AZ 2009-2015

Warehousing & Logistics

This was for the Medical Product Division of Gore. Assigned picks in TRAX system and E1. Worked closely with marketing representatives to ensure proper orders were shipped and received. Coordinate, track, and review assigned physical inventory schedules with sales force to ensure accurate field inventory levels. Provided direction and managed 26 ERT members to support key safety and environmental programs across the building. I coordinated training to ensure meeting OSHA and EHS regulations. Interfaced with site safety team, ERT coordinators, corporate EHS, and safety vendors and suppliers. Implemented safety programs in support of USRC operations, MRT to meet the needs of the building, conducted yearly safety self-assessments (SSA) for USRC, and managed safety incidents.
