Unit-Royal Enfield India. The robot with a linishing grinding motor, once loaded a fuel tank
On fixture, the part gets clamped and robot starts linishing process.

Description:
Tig and Mig Welding Automation is a Bike-frame, silencer, stand & spare parts welding
project done for Yamaha motors India & venders-(Sakura auto parts India &
Thai summit auto parts India). The robot with tig welding torch and mig welding torch,
once loaded a parts on fixture, the parts get clamped and robot starts welding process.
Welding parameter is very important for tig welding(pulse).

Description:
Core Stacking Automation is a Turbine core silicon or lamination sheet stacking project
done for Toshiba JSW Power System pvt ltd. The robot with a vaccum gripper
(pick upto 2.5kg),sheet thickness 0.3mm.on each trolley need to load 500mm
lamination sheet, once loaded all the sides, robot starts pick sheet on trolley, release
on orientation device for sheet orientation(air cylinder) and sheet thickness (level sensor)
then sheet ok feed back, robot pick from ORD device and place into 12 ton stacking base
and front aligner (tooth), rear aligner (dovetail) will align the sheet centrally.
after completion of one block, moved to 600 ton press and winding section. .
