In 2001 as hired consultant, implemented business planning and budget processes at a telecom company in Brazil that achieved cost reductions and processes improvements;

As CFO at General Motors Argentina from 10/1993 to 11/1995 re-established G.M. back in Argentina in a record time within budget and developed Finance area staff; aligned new source of funds for the new operation; ensured regular and accurate reporting of important financial business plans, strategies and other relevant operating information .

Director of Supply Chain Management at G.M. do Brazil during 4 years achieved 50% inventory turnover improvement directing Production Master Scheduling, Import and Logistics improvements and 30 % reduction in incomplete units due lack of purchased materials; directed the development of suppliers and assessment of suppliers quality, service and cost to support Purchasing Department.
