Making 3D part modelling, mould Splitting like Core, Cavity, Slider, Lifter etc. mould base assembly and other mould elements by using Uni-Graphics software.

Preparation of Detail drawing

Technical discussions with customer for new products.

Quality Improvement through Discussion and Design improvements.

Handling the process changes and process automation.

Release all manufacturing drawings (2D&3D models) and Bill of materials.

Update the mould design if any modification or correction arises.

Maintain design documents like all design drawings, design history, check lists, design release and revisions & design Change Notes (DCN)
