Formally one of the largest provider of student transportation services through out the country.
Contract Manager
Developed a budget for a 10 million dollar contract for the Kansas City MO School District. Supervised multiple departments inclusive of safety, training, and human resources. Started the human resources department where very little had existed and demonstrated success in establishing and managing all human resources disciplines. Reported to Regional Manager.
Achievements:
Kept workers compensation and safety within acceptable company guidelines by implementing strong retention programs and rewards for having no accidents, with equipment or people.
Retrieved all monies by year in by balancing account receivables and payables for a total gain of approximately $50,000 in one year. This allowed all staff employees to receive payroll bonuses each for the year, which increased moral substantially.
