Analytical Technologist B6201 Lab
Ensures EH&S compliance for Epoxy 2.
Monitors and maintains calibration of laboratory instrumentation.
Handles complex non-routine analytical applications for the stakeholder plants and processes.
Trains and qualifies lab operators, who perform routine analyses.
Ensures ISO compliance across areas of responsibility within the work center and as relates to lab operation, works with business ISO resources to establish and implement best practices.
Maintains LIMS database
Implements and maintains chromatography data system.
Reviews and maintains the analytical sample plan for Epoxy 2
Works closely with the Business Analytical Leader/Analytical Specialist (review of analytical methodology, capability, technology etc., including response to ILU requests).

Analyzed all processes, final products, and raw materials for the Epoxy 1, GMA, and LEN Plants. This includes over 100 products and in process samples
Calibrated and troubleshoot 56 laboratory instruments.
Responsible for packaging waste per RCRA Guidelines and made sure the ISO 9000 requirements are respected.
