Assisted a major prime contractor on a large Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) consulting contract to define quantitative performance metrics for individual task orders, to establish data collection and analysis plans, and to develop automated tools (including automated customer satisfaction surveys) for collecting, compiling, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative performance data and reporting on task order performance.

Performance Measurement/Process Improvement
Assisted the U.S. Army’s Installation Management Command (IMCOM) with development and implementation of new performance management business processes (known as the Common Levels of Support (CLS) program) to improve planning of strategic resourcing requirements. Planned and facilitated over 30 week-long cross-functional Service Analysis Team (SAT) sessions to define support programs, set priorities, and establish performance measures and costs for installation-level services.
Program Management
Helped the FAA establish and implement a formal process for controlling changes to the performance measurement baseline (PMB) for its Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast (ADS-B) program. Assisted with development, monitoring, and reporting on program goals. Provided meeting facilitation for a key program governance board (whose members included FAA program leadership) during monthly meetings.
