Job Profile

Preparation and Checking of Bill of Quantities as per approved working/ shop drawings

Preparation of BOQ, Rate analysis

On-site supervision of all civil & structure work at project site.

Preparation of periodic project progress report giving updates on budget, schedule (comparison between approved schedule / budget with likely schedule / budget with reasons for deviation and action plan to catch with the initial schedule / budget)

Approving contractor running bill and give payment recommendation

.Co-ordinating with procurement team for timely receipt of material at site.

Will ensure correctness of surveys, appropriate construction methods, safe working procedures etc.

Will handle contractual issues with civil construction contractor including quantity measurements and bills certification.

Monitor contractors resources and ensure adequacy to achieve construction as per schedule.

Preparation of monthly payment valuations.

Checking and certification of RA bills as per work done.

Planning / Coordinating / Preparing / updating project plans and schedules.

Monitoring the quality, execution as per specifications and supporting the Site Superintendent in all technical, logistical and organization aspects of the work.

Ensure activities are on track with the help of progress measurement tools.

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

Ready Mix Concrete Plant: Quality Control of Raw Materials and Finished Product i.e. concrete.

Checking of Architectural and Structural drawings and report any discrepancies to planning dept

Preparing the planning schedule considering the resource and time bound activities.
