Upgraded Radha Krishna Hospital by totally revamping the infrastructure, inculcation of discipline amongst, the entire staff.

Single handedly led efforts resulted in the elevation of both the hospitals to far greater heights, competency in HR management due to better perception of life because of spirituality.

Increased the bed occupancy from 200 to around 4oo to 450.

Increased the daily collection by around two to two and half times, despite many constraints.

Created a very positive, pleasant and stress free ambience in the campus, there by increasing the work out put.

Entire premises was always kept absolutely speak and span.

The junior doctors, Nursing staff and other workers were always kept motivated.

The casualty services were improved to far greater extent.

The Hospital infection rate was maintained to very low level, by very novel ways.

The lecture on “Stress management on the basis of spiritual philosophy” is very popular, and as it contains the quintessence of the life, it is HR motivating also for all the category of the staff.

FAMILY BACKGROUND

A dignified Medical Professional from a very reputed Freedom Fighters’ family.

Shri. Rango Bapuji Gupte, great great grand father, played a pivotal role in 1857, during the first revolt against Britishers. He also fought for the descendant of Shivaji Maharajah, King Pratapsingh Bhonsle of Satara for 14 years in England, against the tyrannical rule of East India Company.

The ancestral legacy goes up to the great King Chatrapati Shivaji Maharajah with whom Shri Dadaji Naras Prabhuji Gupte took a pledge in the famous temple of Raireshwar for a sovereign state.
