Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.

Analysis of Ledgers: Debtors, Creditors.

Basic Knowledge of PF & ESI.

Filling the ESI & PF Returns online.

Keep a record of the payroll accounts and consider a worker's total working hours, deductions and increments to compute the total amount of salary payable to the workers of the organization

Analysis of Ledgers: Debtors, Creditors

Maintaining all records of Sale, Purchase, & Stock.

Good Knowledge of TDS, VAT, Service Tax & CST.

Reconciliation of Wages & Salary.

Receive invoices or bills from vendors, get them sanctioned and arrange for payments through checks or bank transfers

Recording all CASH activity on a daily basis

Issuing & Receiving CST forms.

Prepare return of Sale Tax Return.

Knowage of Excise Ruturns.

Maintenance of Excise Registers & Records & Daily Stock Account RG-I Register, Input & Capital Goods CENVAT Registers, PLA

Preparation of Payment of Central Excise & Service Tax liability

Knowage of Dispatch & Barrier form of Diff. States.

Maintaining all records of Sale, Purchase, & Stock.

All types of Voucher Punching (Bank, Journal & Cash).
