Developed the Advisor Fidelity application (using Java, JSP servlets and struts framework) used by the Investment Professionals and Shareholders to view the accounts and account information, to download the prospectus data and do online trade.

Using XSLT along with Java programming, developed Performance and Pricing center, a web based application which was used to view the performance of different funds.

Project - Customer Fulfillment Tool/Services (CFT/S), WDMS

Technical lead to a small team to develop and test the Customer Fulfillment Tool/Services (CFT/S) application which handles contract registration and billing of services engagements. The graphical user interface (GUI) front-end was developed using SWING as frontend, DB2 backend and PL1 stored procedures along with JCL on Mainframes. Involved in all phases of Software development cycles like Handling customer queries, interacting with the customers, writing requirement and design analysis, estimation, coding and testing.CFT/S provides a for contract administrators to enter and modify services contracts and statements of work. This application interfaces with a country's invoicing system and generates contract billing information to be included on an invoice provided to an IBM customer. Worked as individual contributor to perform module level testing and bug fixing.

The WDMS platform for the Branch and National Service Centre to speed up the process and the customer response. This solution would provide an interface and an image based

workflow system that would interact with the other existing business process applications,

MFG/PRO and Oracle Financial Analyzer (OFA) / Oracle Sales Analyzer (OSA) using MQSI. This involves development of 10 Process flows related to regional stockist appointment, suspension, resumption, termination, customer complaints and vendor payment processes.
