PROJECT DETAILS

Project #1: Project G1

Project G1 is intended to develop a “minimum viable product (MVP)” for a new Analytics solution that provides role-specific, industry-specific Analytics for all-sized companies (small companies, medium, large, Fortune 100) with flexible thresholds. The product provides managing the company by traffic lights with drilldowns and supporting reports, incentive to use and move up the Analytics levels. As a support to this tool, we are defining Analytics Capability Maturity Model.

G1 provides a path of adoption to make use of analytics at their level of analytics maturity, and also help up to move up the maturity levels. Based on usage patterns, subscription levels & learning's, G1 makes the use of analytics interactive, fun, Multi leveled.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Involved in preparation of Test Cases.

Involved in Installation, Functional, Integration Testing.

Preparation of Test cases based on the Functional document received.

Check the status of every issue across each modules day to day and update the team lead on daily basic through emails and status trackers.

Responsible for running Test cases and posting defects in defect tracker.

Interacting with the developers to make sure that they have understood the issues and proactively involved in Defect review meeting.

Project #2: NOUN SEARCH ENGINE

A project that creates search engine which provides the information based on reasoning. Suppose if the keyword is entered, which is to be searched that will be analyzed and specific results are fetched.

For example, if you enter a keyword to search it will find if it’s a NAME/PLACE/ANIMAL/OBJECT and if it’s a name it has to show integrated result for that person, and you can get this from FB/ORKUT, if it’s a place then it has to go to BING, if it’s a animal then it has to go to YAHOO search and if its anything else it has to fetch results from GOOGLE.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding of working of social web sites.

Understanding of concept of java.

Designing the required data.

Product review and analysis.

Development of the code.

Testing the product to find the Defects/Bugs.

Re-testing the product to ensure defect is fixed.
