Current Roles & Responsibilities:

Working closely with Manager HR in facilitating the recruitment process within the organization

-Filling up of Position Requisition Form

-Advertising the position: Coordinating with the external agencies (like NGO Box, Devnet) for the advertisement of the position; processing of their invoices and dispatching their cheques.

-Longlisting of CVs: Receiving and Longlisting the CVs on the basis of minimum criteria and forwading the same to the subject specialist.

-Scheduling of interviews both telephonic and face to face round: sending interview call letters; travel arrangements of the candidates, conducting written tests, arranging documents for the panel, etc.

-Sending regret letters; reference checks and scheduling of pre-employment tests

-Drafting Offer letters and appointment letters.

-Creating and maintaining recruitment file for each position. Ensuring any information requested for is readily available with regard to any position.

Leave Management - To maintain and update accurate leave records of all staff

-Ensuring that all leave applications are recorded and the same is tallied with the daily attendance sheet. Also, ensuring that the staff is following the leave policy. It is also ensured that leaves are accurately maintained. Also, quarterly leave record is sent to the line managers and their teams.

Completing the leavers and joiner’s process

-Joiner’s process: Preparation of induction schedules; taking the new staff for a round of introduction; completing all the joining formalities with the new staff; maintaining personal files of all staff.

-Leavers Process: Ensuring that the HR Policy is followed with regard to leavers process and a smooth handover is done; sharing with finance all important information with regard to the full and final settlement; Drafting of experience letters.

Contract Management

-Keeping a tab on the contract and probation end dates and informing the managers of the same.

-Processing contract extension/ probation completion requests while ensuring all the documents are in place.

-Drafting of extension letters and updating the database accordingly.

HRMIS

-Creating, maintaining and regularly updating the personal files of all staff

-Creating and Updating the Staff Database

-Generating various reports and information from time to time as requested by HR Manager and functional heads.

Payroll Management

-Making the Salary Sheet

-Sending the Pay slip every month

-Making the Salary Break up
