I currently work at Cedar Park Physician Associates, a family practice clinic owned by CPRMC. In my current position, I train new front desk employees on the phones, scheduling appointments, using our EMR to process medical records requests, verify insurance, patient check in/out and registration. I registered them in our system so that we were able to bill insurance. I also worked PBX

I started with ARC as a PSR (Patient Service Representative), having very basic experience in a small medical office. During my time with ARC I learned every facet of my job, and did it with excellent ability. I learned how to do jobs not included in my position. I have experience checking patients in and out while answering multiple phone lines at the same time. I collected co-pays, verified demographic and insurance information, fixed any errors and made our patients feel that they were welcome. I learned how to give our patients excellent customer service, to multi-task, and to pay attention to detail. I learned quickly in order to keep up frequently updated software.
