Business Transformation Agency, Joint Contingency Contracting Iraq/ Afghanistan (JCCI/A) C3 Application Support Specialist (April 2009 – March 2011)

Served in the capacity a Business Systems Analyst (Systems Administrator and Information Management Officer) for the Joint Contingency Contracting Iraq/Afghanistan (JCCI/A) at Central Command (CentCom) in support of Regional Contracting Centers located in Baghdad and Basra, Iraq, as well as Bagram and Kabul, Afghanistan. Accomplishments included:

• Successfully served as the command's Information Management Officer (IMO) by ensuring the accountability of hardware and software in addition to the continuous operation of the computer network(s) and its various programs and applications

• Performed various tasks such as daily and weekly system backups with extensive use of the Business Intelligence Extractor (BIX or BI), Electronic Document Access (EDA), and PD2's Application Server Framework (ASF) as required and provided continued operational sustainment of the Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS) to include operational customer support theatre- throughout the Contingency Business Environment (CBE)

• Provided ad-hoc data reporting and analysis from available contracting data sources as directed and teamed with CBE teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
