Responsible for evaluating estimates from quantity take-off to final tender submission

Do all the preparation of master worksheets based on latest canvassed prices.

Coordinates with client / architects/ consultants and Main Contractors for any required information.

Making decision regarding the technical and managerial aspects of the projects in consultation with the Top Management.

Prepare Tender proposal in accordance with the scope of work, terms & conditions specified by the client.

Attend the post bid commercial & technical meetings with the concerned.

Handing over the awarded project details to Design / Projects / QA-QS department in accordance with the approved documents.

Interact with the concerned for variations in the project if any and get the necessary approvals.

To raise any request for further information (RFI) with client / contractors.

To interact with different vendors to get the latest updated price for the required material to be used.

To gather technical support for the project from design and production department if required.

Preparing estimate by using Computerized Estimation Software or Excel as per given specifications and drawings.

Submission of the Tender.

Ensuring the detailed Estimate & Budgetary records to be maintained and to be produced when required by Management.

Revise Submission of the Tender if required.

Handing over the Budget & costing estimated to the concerned departments upon award of the contract.
