Worked as Turbine Desk & Field Engineer for Ind-Barath Energies (Thoothukkudi) Limited, 25MW thermal power plant Tamilnadu from June 2011 to July 2014..

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Completed B.Tech with 70% in B.V.C Engineering College, Odalarevu, Affiliated to JNTUK and NBA.

Completed Diploma in AANM & VVRSR Polytechnic College, Gudlavalleru with 74.48% in the year 2006-08.

Completed S.S.C in Minerva Public school, Prathipadu with 76.67% in the year 2004-05.

Presently working on LMZ & Shin Nippon Steam Turbines at Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd in Operation department.

Worked on Siemens Steam Turbine at SGAPIPL Powerplant 108 MW from Commissioning.

Worked on Hangzhou Steam Turbine at IBETL Powerplant 25MW capacity in Operation and Maintainanace.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures the safe, efficient, continuous and correct operation of Turbine using Distributed Control System Yokogawa, Siemens & ABB.

Turbine hot & cold start up procedures, safe shutdown and changeover of plant auxiliaries.

Preparation for the rolling of turbine & operational knowledge about common header condenser, ejector, cooling tower, hp & lp heaters, deaereator, main air compressors VAM etc,.

Ability to carry out trouble shooting under emergency conditions & deciding upon the course of action for the people & plant safety.

Observe overall plant equipment health & initiate changes to improve plant performance.

Co-ordinate with all maintenance departments like mechanical, electrical & instrumentation for maintenance jobs to be carried out.

Observation of all Generation parameters and maintain under the safe working limits. Ensure smooth plant operation with exposure in operation of turbine & its auxiliaries.

Capable in operating from Plant start-up, synchronizing to Grid and efficient running.
