Job Profile:

Part of the Designing & Commissioning team in the project work of Clinkerization & Cement Grinding.

Responsible for all Process control parameters and accountable to ensure proper interlocking among all group drives & to make heat& masscalculations, supervision of refractory worketc.

Demonstrated capabilities in process improvements to maximize operational efficiency. Good exposure to CCR (Central Control Room).

Projects Undertaken:

United Cement Pvt. Ltd, Nepal (A 1000TPD Clinkerization & Cement Production Plant)

Burnpur Cement Pvt. Ltd, Ranchi, Jharkhand (A 1200TPD Clinkerization & Cement Production Plant)

Achievements:

Achieved 75 TPH production of raw material from 70 TPH Ball Mill by adjusting the grinding media distribution & Separator guide vanes.

Achieved 10 TPH production of coal from 7 TPH Ball Mill.

Project Related Responsibilities:

Reporting to DGM Process &Project overall in charge from Process side activities.

Having an exposure commissioningthe cement production plants.

Hands on expertise exposure in monitoring, executing, commissioning and operational activities of the plant equipments like LimeStone Crusher, PYRO Section, Air Swept Ball Mills & Gravity Discharge Ball Mills etc.)

Supervise execution of refractory work to facilitate commission of the same within the stipulated time frame.

Scheduling and sequencing the activities as per the project plan.

Verification of Bills of suppliers and contractors.

Monitor the progress of the project against the project schedule.

Organize resources as per the requirement of the plan/ Follow with contractor.

Accountable for the cold and hot commissioning of all the drives, process related measurements.

Troubleshooting the problems arising during commissioning from process side.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling operations of Pyro, Ball Mills from Central Control Room at optimum output with consistent quality.

Automation & Process interlockingwith group trial of equipment work in whole Clinkerization plant.
