This maneuver decreased incidents by 6%. Drug testing played an important role in the reduction of these incidents, by creating a comprehensive drug screening process and periodic mandatory testing, reduced incidents by about another 14%.
Identifying overages in budgets for each job, in regards to payroll, I was able to create a procedure where overtime could be evaluated and reduced. The initial process was completed manually, later I was able to computerize it.
Communications with customers and onsite supervisors were significantly improved, by utilizing our email system, the email system was not previously used, in this area. The decrease in errors regarding special needs of the customer, parts for jobs and many other communication issues the company was having at that time, were eliminate. Training, of employees, for utilizing this system, was completed by myself. Customer satisfaction and confidence in Keystone Construction was enriched.
