Compensation and Benefits Administration
Manage the compensation and benefits administration process (statutory and company-initiated).

HRIS & Personnel File Management
Oversee the proper turnover of personnel file from recruitment upon hire and ensure that 201 files of employees are complete
Oversee the annual/quarterly and monthly Personnel file held on HR files, both manual and electronic
Provide monthly audit and update to the HRBP on the status of pre-employment requirements for new hires and employee ensure 100% employee compliance
Ensure data is entered in the appropriate HR systems upon request of HR customers in an effective and accurate manner
Interacts with other departments for data transfers (e.g. Payroll movements, etc.)
Issue certificate of employments as requested.
File all incoming employee documents in 201 folders-Organise the 201 file cabinets/rooms
Archive 21 files of separated employees
Ensure employee files are controlled, complete and accessible to authorized parties.
Scan 201 files for soft repository
Assist in providing document requirements for all types of audits
Ensure completeness of endorsed documents prior tp acknowledging receipts for audit purposes
