Software Development Engineer

Account Manager/Service Assistant
As a service assistant, converted a marketing company's daily status reports from a manually inputted Word document into a formula based Excel spreadsheet that calculated results in an efficient and organized manner. Updated and proofed reports daily for clients and internal personnel.
Promoted to an account manager position; managed both continuous and one-time projects; projects ranged from the routine to the complex and challenging serving thousands of stores throughout the United States, Canada, and Central America.
