OSS/Server Support Engineer.
• Holding the responsibility of providing 99% availability of all CDMA and GSM Network elements i.e. ALU,LUCENT,ZTE,HUAWEI,AXE.
• Relationship management with vendors(Oracle, Team Telecom International-TTI,ZTE,HUAWEI)
• Ensure uninterrupted centralized alarm monitoring and fault rectification of all network elements with netrac servers
