Certified Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) resource and Team Leader. Performed hazard analysis for any change to reaction initiator production process. Served as incident investigation / RCFA area resource. Led site legacy drilling program. Certified Pressure Relief Design Reviewer and 2nd Party Auditor.
Oversaw Vazo™ Capital Projects, supporting initial design, equipment selection, and overseeing installation.
Led and authored new baseline PHA’s (3 cyclic IDPHA’s) for Vazo™ unit, using Structured What-If Analysis Methodology.
