MODELLING OF POWER CONVERTERS Wayne State University, Detroit, MI. Fall 2015
Acquired the transfer function of power converters such as DC-DC converter, buck boost converter and designed them using Simulink in MATLAB
Gained good knowledge of electric vehicle powertrains and modelling of power electronics.
BLIND SPOT DETECTION Wayne State University, Detroit, MI. Winter 2015
Designed an Arduino based embedded system which uses ultrasonic sensors to detect obstacles present at the defined blind spot areas and sound alarm if indicator is turned on
Programmed and implemented using Arduino 1.5 IDE
Used SR04 ultrasonic sensor and basic speaker to provide warning sound.
SPEED CONTROL OF MOVING VEHICLE USING CAMERAS. July 2013
Speed control using cameras are those devices used to control the speed of motor vehicles using Doppler’s Effect. The circuit works with SHF Oscillator, Schottky diode, Day and night vision camera.
DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT SPREAD SPECTRUM COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR A TRACKED VEHICLE.
May 2014
Design and development of Spread spectrum Communication System for a tracked Vehicle using PIC Controller, XCI6 compiler, Speex Library provided by Microchip, the library was compiled in COFF format, whereas the MPLAB X IDE had default output format of ELF.
ARTIFICIAL RETINAL IMPLANT. Jan 2015
Designed a Smart Sensor implant which can replace the retina in cases where retina cell degeneration causes blindness. The process involves microlithography, microfabrication and testing, in the microfabrication stage.
Team leader, managed a group of 6 people.
