Worked there for the entire two years that I attended Highline Community College.
Assist students with career related tasks such as resume building and job searching.
Schedule mock job interviews with students and provide them with pointers on how to produce an effective interview.
Assist students with building resumes using Microsoft Word Resume Wizard.

Answer the phone and answer questions that the caller may have, and transfer them to the appropriate office when necessary.
Attend to co-workers for various tasks, update the job posting board, and create MS Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and send e-mails for the Career Services Center.
Received a letter of recommendation from one of the students that I assisted that was going through a difficult time and needed help with finding a new job with little work experience. I helped her take a career aptitude test so that we both could figure out which career paths she should take. Then I helped her create a resume and letter of interest using the answers she provided when I asked her questions.
