Prepares procurement specifications, bid documents such as Terms of Reference and Scope of Work, evaluates bids, and manages contracts for installation of electromechanical equipment.
Plans and organizes MEP works to meet schedule and time lines as required in the project schedule.
Prepares MEP documents such as site instructions, request for information and notice of defect.
Handles and supervises installation of electromechanical equipment, pressure vessels, pressure parts, tanks, piping, auxiliary equipment, and conveying systems in Power Plant.
Evaluates progress accomplishments and prepares progress report as required.
Coordinates, maintains and controls project material cost, quality and productivity of MEP.
Monitors progress of accomplishment and issuance of owner supplied materials.
Reads, interpret and explain construction plans and provide work direction to sub-contractors.
Coordinates design and estimate requirements with subcontractors and consultants.
